About the collective
Our practice is built on the foundation of education, support, and creating spaces where neurodivergent folks (and anyone with a similar story) feel truly seen and valued. We’re casual, friendly, and deeply committed to ethical, affirming care. Whether you’re seeking therapy, community, or supervision, we’re here to help in a way that feels real and supportive.
No jargon. No judgment. Just a space where you can be you.

Our Founders
We are two late-diagnosed neurodivergent women who have spent years working as therapists, navigating a system that often wasn’t built for people like us. Through our own experiences, we saw the gaps in support, understanding, and truly affirming care—and we set out to change that.
Having worked in the non-profit sector, within community mental health, and alongside amazing clinicians, we've served a diverse range of clients, populations, and needs. These experiences have reaffirmed our commitment to intentional, transparent care, as well as increasing access and advocating for others. Our goal has always been to create a space that feels genuine, accessible, and supportive—so we did it. We created a woman-owned mental health practice.
