Our Therapists

FOUNDER, THERAPIST, SUPERVISIOR

Olivia Bowker, LICSW, LCSW

As a late diagnosed person, I can understand the importance in finding a therapist who is not only affirming but genuine. My focus is to get to know you and build a positive, open therapeutic relationship through which change and growth become achievable. I reflect Narrative and Solutions Focused Therapy through my approach while working to stay true to your goals and experiences. I want you to feel heard, validated, and supported through every step of starting to ending therapy.

I work the most with women who are experiencing various versions of anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I love the mystery of discovering what is or could be neurodivergence with clients and how this understanding leads to a greater self-acceptance. I also have experience with trauma and how it can shape a person's life as well as its correlation to neurodivergent understanding.

FOUNDER, THERAPIST, SUPERVISOR

Andrea Pittman, LMHC, LPC

As a neurodivergent human and therapist, I bring a systemic and holistic framework to counseling, honoring the individuality and originality of each person I work with. I understand firsthand the importance of creating an empowering and compassionate space that meets you where you are. Drawing from therapeutic approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative Therapy, all through a trauma-focused lens, I strive to help you navigate your journey of healing, self-exploration, and expression.

I have a particular passion for working with adults and young adults who are newly diagnosed with neurodivergence. My goal is to help you understand and embrace your unique strengths while supporting you in navigating the challenges that come with this discovery.
